Re-Skilling & Upskilling:  Full Time

Do you want to improve your current skills or gain new skills for personal or work-related purposes?

If so, then talk to us at Limerick City Adult Education Service. Our Vocational Training and Opportunities Scheme (VTOS) programme is open to people on social welfare who are over 21 years of age. We offer a range of full-time courses, which can help you to update the skills you have, or gain new skills. The programme runs Monday to Friday from September to June.


We run courses in:

  • General Studies: Leaving Certificate,Junior Certificate, and FETAC Levels 3 & 4
  • Office Administration, FETAC Level 5 
  • Art, Craft & Design, FETAC Level 5
  • ESOL: English for Speakers of Other Languages
