New EGF Photography Course Announced

Due to popular demand FETAC Level 5 Digital Photography is being re-run in LCAES for all adults eligible for EGF funding.  Course begins Friday April 29th from 9:30am to 4:30pm and runs every Friday over seven weeks.  This course is free to all those eligible for EGF funding.  Eligibility clearance will be sought from the EGF Co-ordination Unit prior to course start up.

The course includes the following topics:   The digital camera and how to take digital photographs; transferring of photographs to computer; introduction to Photoshop; photographic manipulation; image filing & storage and photographic presentation. Students are encouraged to develop independent learning skills and access is available to our Self-Access Learning and Information Centre outside of class times.
