ITABE Blog Launched!
03/12/2009 00:00:00

LCAES learners have launched their own blog to record their learning journey.

Learners on the Intensive Tuition in Adult Basic Education programme in Southill, better known as ITABE, have launched their own online journal in the form of a blog that can be seen at . The group, with assistance from tutor James Maher, are working on a Video Expression programme at FETAC Level 3 and are very excited about this initiative.
Over the coming weeks the class will be working together to make a digital video about their experiences of returning to education. The project gives the group a great opportunity to combine their newly-learned computer skills, such as emailing, surfing the net and video editing, with their team working skills as they work to produce their video.
The ITABE blog will be updated weekly with progress and news on the video project and will be a journal for the group to record their learning experiences. The group hope to see as many people as possible visiting the site and welcome people posting their comments and opinions.
