29% Increase in Adult Education Information Queries

Limerick City Adult Education Service has recorded a 29% increase in members of the public accessing their Adult Education Information Service up to 549 from 427 in 2008.

The service, which is based at the Self Access Learning and Information Centre, provides Information on local, regional and national adult education and supports - not only to LCAES learners - but also to the general public.

In addition, there is access to a Careers Library, Self-Assessment Guidance Tools and a Reference Library of additional resources to help people research and plan their education and career journeys.
